Staging Service Contract Terms:
- The service offered to you is standard service available with us and we may offer custom quality or additional items included at extra cost depending on the availability.
- Initial payment 20% and remaining to be paid before the staging process starts (after initial consultation and virtual staging are done). No refund will be given for initial payment. Certain percentage can be waived depending on the work progress. In the case of cancellation refund for the remaining payment, a certain percentage might be refunded depending on the order progress. If cancellation is confirmed the refund amount will be decided by SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES.
- The client can cancel the order 3 days prior to the staging process by writing to us through email. It will be considered cancelled only if you get ‘Cancellation Confirmation’ email or message from us.
- Any request for placement of furniture, props or design related requests should be made at the time of virtual staging or before actual staging if virtual staging is not opted. We’ll try to accommodate your request but can not assure due to technical, availability or any other issues. The request made after the staging process started will not be entertained.
- Make sure that our representatives have access to the property when they arrive there for any process of the order.
- The communication regarding status of service, cancellation, billing or any other matters related to the order will be through the modes mentioned to you. If a client will not communicate or respond to the communication in a timely manner, it may affect the timeline of the order or payments and we’ll not be responsible in such cases.
- The client or any representative of the client should be present for the confirmation of delivery of service process or any approval. If they are not there then they can confirm or approve through message or email whenever we communicate. After giving approval or confirmation, we’ll not be responsible for any changes happening while our representative(s) is/are not there at the property.
- Before we start staging, the property should be ready for it. By ready means all the major work like plumbing, electricity, painting, etc. has been completed. There’s no dumpster, debris or heavier items to remove. We’ll do basic cleaning like cleaning dust or removing packaging, etc.
- We may have to make changes in the schedule, design, scale, items used, or any other changes in the order due to weather, traffic or any unforeseeable circumstances. SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES (SAMAARAA) will not be held financially or any other way liable for any such changes.
- In case of non-payment, SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES reserves the right to issue a “mechanics lien” against property, send billings to collections and/or file negative payments to credit bureaus.
- The furniture, colour, size or any other visuals in virtual staging are for the idea only and actual staging may not look the same as shown in the virtual staging photos.
