We are not responsible for any damage, loss or issue faced due to reading the site content or issues arises due to the content uploaded by you.

By submitting a property or content including text, images, videos, etc. you give us right to change or edit it and share online. We may also upload or share the content through other sites, social media platforms, email or in any other forms to promote or generate leads or sell your property listed.

The images used in the ‘SAMAARAA Properties’ are for visual representation only. When you buy the property, that might be similar to the property shown on the site. Actual products (furniture, furnishings and other items) are dependent on the availability in the market. The actual products (furniture, furnishings, etc.) comes with the ‘SAMAARAA Properties’ are similar to photos shown on the website but not same and color, patter, size are different at some extent.

Staging Service Contract Terms:

 

  1. The service offered to you is standard service available with us and we may offer custom quality or additional items included at extra cost depending on the  availability. 
  2. Initial payment 20% and remaining to be paid before the staging process starts (after initial consultation and virtual staging are done). No refund will be given for initial payment. Certain percentage can be waived depending on the work progress. In the case of cancellation refund for the remaining payment, a certain percentage might be refunded depending on the order progress. If cancellation is confirmed the refund amount will be decided by SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES.  
  3. The client can cancel the order 3 days prior to the staging process by writing to us through email. It will be considered cancelled only if you get ‘Cancellation Confirmation’ email or message from us.
  4. Any request for placement of furniture, props or design related requests should be made at the time of virtual staging or before actual staging if virtual staging is not opted. We’ll try to accommodate your request but can not assure due to technical, availability or any other issues. The request made after the staging process started will not be entertained. 
  5. Make sure that our representatives have access to the property when they arrive there for any process of the order. 
  6. The communication regarding status of service, cancellation, billing or any other matters related to the order will be through the modes mentioned to you. If a client will not communicate or respond to the communication in a timely manner, it may affect the timeline of the order or payments and we’ll not be responsible in such cases. 
  7. The client or any representative of the client should be present for the confirmation of delivery of service process or any approval. If they are not there then they can confirm or approve through message or email whenever we communicate. After giving approval or confirmation, we’ll not be responsible for any changes happening while our representative(s) is/are not there at the property.
  8. Before we start staging, the property should be ready for it. By ready means all the major work like plumbing, electricity, painting, etc. has been completed. There’s no dumpster, debris or heavier items to remove. We’ll do basic cleaning like cleaning dust or removing packaging, etc. 
  9. We may have to make changes in the schedule, design, scale, items used, or any other changes in the order due to weather, traffic or any unforeseeable circumstances. SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES (SAMAARAA) will not be held financially or any other way liable for any such changes.
  10. In case of non-payment, SAMSTAR ENTERPRISES reserves the right to issue a “mechanics lien” against property, send billings to collections and/or file negative payments to credit bureaus.
  11. The furniture, colour, size or any other visuals in virtual staging are for the idea only and actual staging may not look the same as shown in the virtual staging photos. 

Property Listing Terms:

By submitting a property listing on Samaaraa.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Authorization

  • You confirm that you are the legal owner, authorized agent, or have proper consent to list the property.

  • You must ensure that all submitted details are truthful, lawful, and free from any ownership disputes.

  • Details sent by any communication medium for example WhatsApp, website, email, or phone but not limited to will be considered as listing request and the terms will apply to the person who has sent the request.

2. Content Accuracy & Responsibility

  • All information provided (e.g. pricing, location, features, images) must be accurate and up to date.

  • You are solely responsible for the legitimacy of the listing and any consequences arising from incorrect or misleading details.

3. Editing for Format & Consistency

  • Samaaraa.com, its owners or representatives reserves the right to edit, format, rewrite, or resize listing content (text, images, videos, etc.) to maintain platform consistency and quality.

  • Minor edits may be made for clarity, grammar, layout, or SEO purposes without altering core property details.

  • Samaaraa.com, its owners or representatives reserves the right to edit, format or add content in the listing or promotional post shared on other platforms to promote or blend other products or services.

4. Approval & Removal

  • All listings are subject to approval by Samaaraa.com before going live.

  • Listings may be removed, hidden, or rejected at any time without prior notice if they violate any guidelines, are found inaccurate, or are deemed unsuitable for the platform.

5. Image Rights & Usage

  • All photos or videos submitted must be owned by you or used with proper permission.

  • Samaaraa.com, its owners or representatives may use these media assets in marketing, promotional content, social media, or third-party platforms, with or without attribution.

6. No Duplicate or Misleading Listings

  • Duplicate postings or re-listing the same property with slight variations is strictly prohibited.

  • Intentional manipulation of property details to mislead users may lead to permanent removal or banning.

7. Listing Expiry & Updates

  • Listings will remain active for a until asked to remove or removed due to some reasons and unless extended or updated.

  • You may edit or request changes during the listing period by contacting support.

8. Platform’s Role & Liability

  • Samaaraa.com acts solely as a listing and discovery platform and other free services and is not involved in negotiations, transactions, or legal contracts between parties.

  • We hold no liability for disputes, payments, or agreements between buyers, sellers, or brokers.

9. User Conduct

  • All users must interact respectfully and lawfully with one another.

  • Any form of spam, abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity may lead to immediate account suspension, listing removal and/or legal actions.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • Samaaraa.com, its owners or representatives reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
